Growing up in a family of property investors and entrepreneurs, Ian has naturally developed a keen passion for real estate, which allows him to see opportunities where others might not. His upbringing has also shaped his understanding of what it means to work hard and get the deal done for his clients.

Ian grew up in Newmarket and surrounding area, and is an Alumnus of Pickering College (Newmarket, Ontario) and Neuchatel Junior College (Switzerland), eventually graduating with a degree in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University (Waterloo, Ontario). During his formative years, he spent his summers on his family farm, developing a keen understanding of agriculture. In addition to the other cities he has lived for his education, he has also lived and worked in Vancouver and Whistler, British Columbia.

Currently residing in Toronto, with his fiancé, all of Ian’s life experience has truly become an integral part of what makes him a successful realtor. He is at heart a people person, able to relate to their needs and experiences, while at the same time utilize his knowledge of the real estate market to fully support his client’s needs.
