Joining Laceby Real Estate in 2014, David brings with him 26 years of real estate experience. Prior to obtaining his broker’s license, he held several management and senior executive positions with United Cooperatives of Ontario and Monsanto Company where he gained experience in managing product development, and sales and marketing functions across Canada and internationally. He served on a number of industry based boards such as the Conference Board of Canada as Chair of the Marketing Council.

In 1995, David became a real estate broker and is committed to supporting the history of agriculture and farmers in the sale of their properties. As an active board member he provided input into the purchase of the Ontario Agricultural Museum that led to the formation of Country Heritage Park. He served as President and Chairman and than assumed the position of General Manager, responsible for the day-to-day operations and growth. During this time he continued to be involved in the sale of various farm properties throughout York, Halton and Niagara Regions.

David brings a depth of knowledge, strategic thinking, strong communication and the ability to deal with tough negotiations to the Laceby team and he is a valuable resource in helping to sell your farm.
