Growing up in York Region, Daniella was exposed to all aspects of the housing industry from a very young age; from land assembly, subdivision development, new construction, you name it! At age 9, Daniella was contributing design input on their custom family home, and by age 14 she was actively involved in designing projects with her parents.

She has bought and sold multiple times personally, and understands all the challenges and emotions that arise. That is why she has made it her personal mission to make this process as easy as possible for you! Prior to joining Laceby, Daniella operated her own real estate brokerage; after spending 11 years at one of Canada’s largest brokerages.

Her commitment to her clients, combined with her honest and personal approach, has given Daniella an edge in a highly competitive industry – and allowed her to transact over $150M in real estate sales.

When she’s not helping clients find their dream homes,

Daniella volunteers her time at the Welcome Table in Aurora, and is the York Region Coordinator for The Shoebox Project. She currently resides in Aurora with her husband and golden retriever, Louie.
